The Villa “Stara Kuća” and luxury apartments in Tivat are situated right on the seafront, at a distance of only 5 meters from the sea, and have their own beach (punta). A few hundred meters far from the complex, there is the Porto Montenegro marina accessible from the complex by a well set-out promenade. One-bedroom apartments in Budva are situated in the Neksan luxury building sited on the “Slovenska plaža” beach, only a few minutes’ walk to the sea.
